With which shipping partner do you send the parcels?
We use DHL as major carrier with our partner ITG Gmbh near Munich.
What happens if an article from an order cannot be delivered at short notice?
Should an article be out of stock at short notice, we will contact you and credit you with the article as soon as possible.
Do you deliver to packing stations?
Unfortunately, delivery to a packing station is not possible.
Which countries do you deliver to?
Outside of Germany we deliver to all countries within the European Union.
Do you deliver to non-EU countries?
Delivery to a non-EU country is not possible.
Customs & Taxes
Customs duties and taxes within the European Union:
No additional taxes or duties are due for any goods sent within the European Union. The item prices and delivery costs include the applicable VAT and are therefore given as gross prices.

- Your right of return is 30 days. More on this in our cancellation policy.
- The return is free of charge within the EU. Please contact us via our contact formula or info@aniven.com to receive a return label for free return shipping.
- Please make sure that you return goods in the packaging in which you received them and in perfect condition.

Exchange
If you would like to exchange a purchased item for a different size or color, please send the corresponding item back to us and note the desired replacement item on the return slip. We will send it to you as soon as possible.
Incorrect articles
You can of course send faulty articles back to us free of charge. We will then refund you the money immediately.
