What happens if an article from an order cannot be delivered at short notice?

Should an article be out of stock at short notice, we will contact you and credit you with the article as soon as possible.

Do you deliver to packing stations?

Unfortunately, delivery to a packing station is not possible.

Which countries do you deliver to?

Outside of Germany we deliver to all countries within the European Union.

Do you deliver to non-EU countries?

Delivery to a non-EU country is not possible.

- Your right of return is 14 days. More on this in our cancellation policy.

- The return is free of charge within germany. With your order you will receive a return label for free return shipping.

- If you are returning goods from another country, then you have to pay for the return for now.

- Please make sure that you return goods such as shoes in the packaging in which you received them.

If you would like to exchange a purchased item for a different size or color, please send the corresponding item back to us and note the desired replacement item on the return slip. We will send it to you as soon as possible.

Incorrect articles

You can of course send faulty articles back to us free of charge. We will then refund you the money immediately.
